“U Sure?” Kid or “U Sure?” Guy is a series of memes based on a viral TikTok comment thread started by user Oryx in response to a comment by user Dixiegirl2011 where she claims that her thighs jiggle when she runs and it makes them itchy. He asks if he can jiggle them, she says he can’t, and he responds, “U sure?” with a selfie.
The comment thread was left on a video by @sydney_25108 in late July 2026 and went viral on TikTok in early August. The thread inspired memes that paint Oryx’s comment as cringeworthy, including edits of Oryx’s selfie and of the thread in general.
Origin
On June 26th, 2026, TikToker @sydney_25108 posted an image of her legs with scratch marks on them, captioned, “Does anyone else’s legs look like this after running?” garnering over 4.3 million views in just over a month.
On July 24th, a TikToker with the display name Dixiegirl2011 commented on the video, “Uhm my thighs jiggle when I run and it makes them itchy.” A TikToker with the display name Oryx responded, “Dang can I jiggle them?” Dixiegirl2011 responded, “Uhm NO.” Oryx responded, “U sure?” with a selfie.
The comment started going viral in early August 2026 as TikTokers screenshotted it and began reposting it. On August 2nd, TikToker @william.kenobi posted a screenshot of the comment thread, writing, “Bottom 5 comment,” garnering over 360,000 views in five days.

The comment thread and selfie continued to inspire memes in early August, including edits and photoshops of the selfie.
On August 2nd, 2026, numerous TikTokers left photoshops of the selfie as comments under the original video where the comment thread took place. For example, on that day, TikToker @bee.rice_savageau posted a Kirkified edit that gained over 24,000 likes in five days.
That day, TikToker @mrwoywak posted an edit based on the comment thread that gained over 3.1 million views in four days.
