One of the most common requests I receive from readers are for those remote jobs that offer higher pay. And in this day and time, I totally get it. With the rising costs of groceries and gas, many people are having to work two jobs just to make ends meet! It seems it keeps getting more and more expensive to live every single year.
If you are needing a remote job but need at minimum $18 hourly for the work you do, read on. I have gone through the recent work at home job leads (these are located here) to narrow it down to just those companies that pay that much or more.

AMOpportunities — B2B Fulfillment Operations Associate. AL, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, OH, or TX. Part-time, 20–25 hours/week. Create and update clinical-placement orders, maintain trackers, organize documents, review student paperwork, update CRM records, and follow placement requests through completion. The role includes communication with schools and preceptors, but phone service is not listed. No degree is required. Operations, coordinator, client-success, healthcare, education, or clinical-placement experience is preferred, not required. Pays $20–$25/hour.
Sprinter Health — Logistics Coordinator – Temporary. United States. Full-time temporary role covering weekday evenings, weekends, and select holidays. Handle urgent after-hours travel problems for field employees, including flight disruptions, hotel issues, transportation changes, rebooking, documentation, and escalations. No degree or minimum years of experience are listed. Travel coordination, logistics, operations, dispatch, field-support, or customer-support experience is preferred rather than required. Call-center experience and a college degree are preferred, not required. Pays $20–$22/hour. Outschool — Support Escalations Specialist (6-Month Contract). United States; San Francisco Bay Area applicants are prioritized, but candidates elsewhere in the U.S. may be considered. Six-month contract, 35–40 hours/week. Resolve escalated parent and teacher cases primarily by email, investigate unclear problems, and occasionally handle sensitive Trust & Safety cases. No degree or minimum years of experience are listed. Think Academy US — Part-Time AMC Tutor. United States. Part-time, under 20 hours/week, with weekday evening and weekend availability required. Teach one-on-one online math lessons for AMC 8 and AMC 10 preparation, explain competition strategies, and provide student feedback. Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher; Math, Economics, Finance, or related majors are preferred. Competition-math or tutoring experience is highly preferred. Pays $20–$25/hour. Applicants complete a take-home assignment and recorded teaching demo.
